Program Schedule June 2-4 at Tappan

Friday, June 2
4-6pm – Traveling Program Golf Cart – Watch for our program staff traveling through the camp area with a craft kit to make a colorful caterpillar and learn about the life cycle of a butterfly!
7-8:30pm – Teen Campfire & Cake Pops – Meet on the patio behind the Activity Center to make a tasty cake pop treat or just hangout! Snacks will be provided.
Saturday, June 3
1-3pm – Nature Center Open & Coaster Craft for All Ages – Decorate your own tile coaster set at the Nature Center! While supplies last.
4-5pm – MWCD Birthday Party – Enjoy free ice cream at the shelter by the sports courts and learn about MWCD History. Music, games, & ice cream for all ages!
6-7pm – Special Kids BINGO – Try your luck at BINGO at the Activity Center. Bring a full-size candy bar.
7-8pm – Special Adult BINGO – Try your luck at BINGO at the Activity Center. Bring a $2 gift.
Sunday, June 4
10am-12pm Nature Center Open & Craft for All Ages – Explore the Nature Center and make a photo holder craft to take home. While supplies last.
1pm – Tappan Recycling – Have your aluminum cans by lot post by 1pm! All recycling benefits programs.
9-11pm – Moonlight Kayak Tour – Enjoy a kayak tour around Tappan Lake by the light of the full moon! Bring your own equipment or borrow ours. For ages 12 and up. Registration is required at https://mwcd.ticketleap.com.
