Thursday, August 24
6:30-8pm – Ladies’ Night Craft & Desserts – Grab a friend and head out to Atwood Lake Park for a fun night of crafts and food! We will be making a summer decoration. All materials and instructions will be provided, plus snacks! Must be 16 or older. Registration required at MWCD.ticketleap.com
Friday, August 25
5-8pm – Traveling Craft Program – Look for our traveling program staff on a golf cart stopping at campsites with program schedules and craft kit!
Saturday, August 26
9am-4pm – Camper Yard Sale – Set up a yard sale on your camp lot! Register at the Welcome Center or call 330-343-6780 by August 25 at 8pm. Participating lot numbers will be available to pick up at the Welcome Center and posted on Facebook.
11am-1pm – First Responder Day – Atwood Lake and the MWCD want to say THANK YOU to First Responders! Meet MWCD Rangers and local first responders. Learn what they do, see the equipment, take pictures, and ask questions at the parking lot across from the Activity Center. Plus, we are offering FREE Gate Admission for all First Responders with valid ID, all day.!
2-3pm – Pool Noodle Monster Craft for Kids – Meet at the Activity Center Shelter to make a pool noodle boat and then test how it floats!
4-5pm – Keychain Craft for Adults – Make a trendy keychain bracelet at the Activity Center Shelter!
Sunday, August 27
9-10am – Non-denominational Church Service & Kids JAM – Meet at the small amphitheater, weather permitting.
