Pleasant Hill Program Schedule
September 14
Saturday, September 14
9-11am Traveling Nature Program – Look for the program golf cart traveling around the campground. Staff will be sharing information about Ohio Trees, plus passing out schedules.
12-1pm Fall Leaf Craft for Kids – The trees at Pleasant Hill Lake Park are starting to turn beautiful colors. We will be turning these colorful leaves into suncatchers. Kids with an adult may join us in the Welcome Center.
2-3pm Compass Challenge – Meet the staff on the Welcome Center deck to receive the coordinates to a hidden compass course. This activity is great for compass experts and first-timers.
4-5pm Wall Art Craft for Adults – Make a beautiful tree out of a canvas square, paint, glue, and buttons that will be perfect for hanging on your wall. Join us in the Welcome Center for an artistic hour of fun.
Monday, September 16
7-9pm Sunset Kayak – Enjoy a relaxing guided kayak tour of Pleasant Hill Lake Park. We will cover kayaking basics, share nature facts, learn the history of the lake, and enjoy the Full Harvest Moon. Registration is required, www.mwcd.org/tickets
