Wednesday, August 14
1-3pm Nature Center Open & Summer Sun Craft – Explore the Nature Center and make a warm sunshine to celebrate the summer!
4-6pm Gaga Ball – Meet near the Activity Center Shelter for a friendly game of gaga ball! For all ages.
Friday, August 16
4-7pm Traveling Golf Cart – Watch for our staff traveling through the camp areas with program information!
7-9pm Adult BINGO – Try your luck at BINGO at the Activity Center Shelter. Bring a $2 gift!
9-10pm Guided Moonlight Hike – Meet at the Activity Center Shelter for a guided hike along the Eagle Trail! Be prepared by wearing hike boots or sneakers and all children must be accompanied by an adult.
Saturday, August 17
10-11am Yoga at the Beach – Join BeYoga Studios for a relaxing yoga session on the beach! All experience levels are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat or beach towel. Suggested donation of $5-10 per person. Admission into the lake is free when you mention the yoga event at the gate.
1-2pm Workshop with Garden Gurl – Make a Natural Fall Fabulous Wreath that will be one of kind and last for years to come with Garden Gurl! All beverages and materials included $30 per person, payable at the event. RSVP by calling or texting 330-447-1844 with name prior to the event. Only 20 spots.
5:30-10pm Joe Nichols & Travis Denning LIVE at Country Waves Concert – Enjoy Joe Nichols, Travis Denning, and Catie Offerman at the Atwood Lake amphitheater! Gates open at 4:30pm, along with the beer garden and food trucks. Catie Offerman will kick-off the event at 5:30pm, followed by Travis Denning at 7pm, and Joe Nichols at 8:30pm. Tickets are required at www.MWCD.org/concert
Sunday, August 18
9-10am Non-denominational Church Service – small amphitheater or Activity Center Shelter in case of rain.
Monday, August 19
9-11pm Moonlight Kayak – Enjoy a kayak tour of Atwood Lake by the light of the full moon! Bring your own boat or borrow ours. Registration required at www.MWCD.org/tickets.
