Friday, August 2
5-7:30pm Traveling Golf Cart – Watch for the golf cart as they travel through the camp areas stopping at campsites with program schedules!
5-7pm Nature Center Open – Explore the Nature Center and learn about upcoming programs! Plus discover Ohio’s mink and learn about its life history.
8-9pm Karaoke & Cards – Meet at the Activity Center for an evening of games and music. Bring your best singing voice to take part in karaoke!
Saturday, August 3
9-10am Nature Center Open & Mushroom Craft – Explore the Nature Center and make a unique craft!
11am-12pm Animal Charades – Meet at the patio behind the Nature Center to play animal charades!
1-2pm Diamond Art Craft for Adults – Make a fun craft at the Nature Center.
3-4pm Kids BINGO – Meet at the Activity Center for a fun evening of BINGO. Bring a candy bar.
4:30-5:30pm Adult BINGO – Try your luck at BINGO at the Activity Center. Bring a $2 gift!
6-7pm Golf Cart Poker Run – Follow a map and search the campground for hidden stops to collect poker chips. Prizes will be awarded to best and worst poker hands. Register at the Activity Center. $5 per person. Instructions and map will be passed out at the time of registration.
9-11pm Meteor Shower Kayak – Enjoy a kayak tour of Tappan Lake under the stars and during the Perseid Meteor Showers! Binoculars are encouraged to look at planets and watch for “shooting stars”. Bring your own equipment or borrow ours. Registration required at www.MWCD.org/tickets.
Wednesday, August 7
10am-12pm Wildlife Wednesday – Meet at the Nature Center for nature exploration and games!
1-2pm Stream Stomp – Wear protective shoes and clothes to get wet while you search the stream for wildlife!
7-9pm Knotty Hour: Movie – Bring your current project to the Activity Center and work while watching “The Greatest Showman”! Plus, learn how to earn a Knotty Hour giveaway!
