Charles Mill Adventures in Space
June 14 - June 16
Friday, June 14
10am-3pm Space Exploration Day Camp – Learn about space travel, make a rocket and try it out, and play games! Make new friends and unforgettable memories at Charles Mill Lake day camps! Registration is required online at www.MWCD.org/tickets.
6-7:30pm Traveling Program & Craft – Look for our traveling program staff on the golf cart as they travel through the camp areas stopping at campsites with 2024 event information and a fun craft kit!
7:30-8:30pm Family BINGO – Meet at the Messerly Recreation Center for an evening of fun and games!
Saturday, June 15
10-11am Father’s Day Brunch – Enjoy delicious food with the special man in your life at the Messerly Recreation Center. Menu includes sausage gravy, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, fruit, and juice. Free for all fathers, suggested donation is $6 per adult and $3 per child.
12-1pm Make Dad a Gift – Make a Father’s Day gift at the Eagle Point pool area!
1-3pm Adventures in Space – Meet Nate Carter from NASA and learn about space, make a rocket, and play a game. All kids will receive a prize bag. For all ages at the Messerly Recreation Center.
3:30-4:30pm Cornhole Contest with Dad – Bring your team to the Eagle Point cornhole boards to see who can win! Each team must include a kid. Prize for the winning team!
7:30-9pm Movie & Popcorn – Meet at the Messerly Recreation Center for a family-friendly movie. Enjoy time with friends and family and FREE popcorn!
Sunday, June 16
10:15am Non-denominational Church Service – at the Messerly Recreation Center.
