Pleasant Hill Sweetheart Weekend
February 11
10-11am What’s That Bird? Birding 101 – Meet in the Welcome Center to use the bird feeding station and presentation to learn about bird ID and birdfeeding tips for beginners and people who want to learn more!
12-2pm Sweetheart Hike & Desserts – Valentine’s Day is coming soon! Spend time in the great outdoors with a friend or that special someone. Take a self-guided hike then warm up with hot cocoa and cookies. Prepare for this 1.3-mile moderate hike by dressing in layers and wearing sturdy shoes. Begin and end at the Welcome Center.
3-4:30pm Date Night Canvas Painting – Enjoy a relaxing evening with your special someone and paint a complimentary couple’s art piece. All materials and instructions will be provided, plus desserts! Must be 16 or older. Registration is required online at https://mwcd.ticketleap.com
