Friday, August 11
9-10:30am Coffee and Donuts (Parkside) – Enjoy free coffee and donuts at Parkside Shelter #4. First come, first served.
7-8pm BINGO (Marina Point) – Try your luck at Marina Point Shelter #2! Bring a $2 prize. For all ages!
9-11pm Meteor Shower Kayak Tour – Enjoy a kayak tour of Seneca Lake under the new moon and at the peak of the Perseid Meteor Showers! Binoculars are encouraged to look at planets and watch for “shooting stars”. Bring your own kayak or borrow ours. Registration required at mwcd.ticketleap.com.
Saturday, August 12
2-3pm Friendship Bracelet Craft for All Ages (Parkside) – Meet at the beach patio area to learn how to make easy friendship bracelets or hair wraps!
4-5pm Nature Center Open & All About Plants (Parkside) – Meet at the log cabin to learn about plants, make a craft, and explore the Nature Center!
6-7pm Basketball Challenge (Marina Point) – Meet at the basketball court to play knockout and other games for prizes! Half of the court will be closed during this event. For ages 8 and up.
