YOGA at Pleasant Hill Lake

YOGA at the LAKE- Feel renewed & ready for a weekend of outdoor activities. This basics-level class is appropriate for beginners and previous experience; Join the class on the Welcome Center deck overlooking Pleasant Hill Lake & Marina and jumpstart your day with enjoyable yoga practice. Taught my Registered Yoga Instructor, Virginia Long, RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certification.
Donations are $10/per person for a one-hour session.
